If all the answers are inside me, can I look for them on my own?
Yes, of course. The difference between doing it alone or with some support is the same as in other areas of life. If you try and do it alone, the road is usually longer and more difficult. For example, you can learn yoga on your own or with somebody’s guidance so you understand the right position without hurting yourself. Something similar happens with the activities of the mind. The only difference is that you can’t see them from the outside, except through the actions you take. If you have been trying to make a change for a long time but things never turn out like you want, if you have good starts but lose motivation along the way or if you are very confused and feel the need for clarity, it can be of great help to have someone asking you questions to guide you in your personal quest.

Is it possible that it won’t work for me?
The process works with everybody, even if in a different way, which is why the service is always individual and personalised.
I have tested all my methodological approaches first on myself and then checked them with my clients.
What prevents you from having the life you want is inside you. And I will help you look for it, but you must want to find and face it. Your commitment is fundamental to achieving the transformation you want. And if this is exactly your challenge, that you want but don’t want, you believe you can’t, or you have a thousand reasons to think it’s not for you, we can start the work right there.
What if I do not like it?
Thanks to the free exploratory session, you will immediately understand whether or not the approach to life and the work I propose suits you.

It is normal that our levels of energy may fluctuate and motivation levels may waver, and we may feel judged or under pressure regarding keeping up with our commitment to this process. That is how the natural cycles affect us. To help you sustain your commitment along the way, we regularly evaluate your motivation and energy levels and can use the Gine Coaching® method to synchronize your transformation process to the characteristics of your menstrual cycle and/or the lunar cycle.
As a matter of fact, we women have four energies that fluctuate during our monthly cycle just as they do between the four seasons in nature, the stages of life or the times of day. Each phase has specific characteristics that make us more inclined either for planning, action, relationship or revision. For example, if you are in pre-ovulation (or the First Quarter Moon), your dominant energy will be very strong and productive, and you will be filled with ideas and a willingness to act. At this stage, if you are about to make a change, you will feel less afraid of making mistakes, of the fluctuations in your motivation and energy levels or of feeling inadequate. But when that energy passes after ovulation (or the Full Moon) and the pre-menstruation phase (or the Last Quarter Moon) occurs, you may feel fearful and have doubts that you didn’t have before. In this case, we can synchronize our coaching sessions and I will guide you according to the characteristics of the particular phase of the lunar or menstrual cycle(s) you are in and that follows in order to help you select manageable tasks, i.e. those that you can do without my assistance, to do between sessions. As a consequence, it will be easier for you to maintain higher levels of motivation and manage any fear of change, of judgement or of failure. In other words, rather than going against the innate characteristics of a particular phase, i.e. trying to do too many things when your energy is low and going inward, we will dedicate that time to reviewing and planning. Then, when the energy rises and goes outward, it will be time to take action and to engage in key conversations and negotiations.
As an additional part of supporting you in reaching your goals, if necessary, I will help you understand your natural cycles and determine what it is most effective for you to do at any given moment: acting and performing (First Quarter Moon), relating to others following the energies that connect you to others (Full Moon), reviewing and letting go of things which hold you back (Last Quarter Moon) or focusing on planning when the energies become more introspective (Black Moon).
Can I change my goal along the way?
It often happens that a client begins to work towards a goal and identifies an even more important one during the coaching process, which until then had remained unexpressed. Goals can naturally shift and change as your vision for yourself evolves. To deal with this potential change, I will show you how to focus your attention on one goal at a time and how to refocus your attention on another goal when or if necessary; one path, one goal, one session, one target consistent with realising your ultimate goal.
Will I be able to reach my goal in the number of sessions I purchase (or will additional sessions be required)?
It’s impossible to say yes or no to this question because it depends on so many factors, e.g. on the type of goal you choose, i.e. big or small, superficial or core, on your level of fear and resistance and also on your level of commitment to the process in the session(s) and between sessions, i.e. if you have chosen the 4+1 pack option.
After the initial session(s), you will still be able to purchase an additional session or more, if you feel the need to do so, e.g. if you want to reinforce the changes that you have already implemented, go deeper into the goal you have chosen, work on another goal.
